Hello. My name is Neil Basil and I am a Town Councillor for Ilfracombe, East Ward.

Though I am not a frequent user of social media, I am venturing into the world of blogging since it is a useful way to stay in touch with the community, and my constituents in particular. I will use this blog to share important and engaging information in a timely manner.

I plan on posting a new blog at least every two weeks, and more often as needed, to ensure you are kept informed of pending and decided Council business, as well as other issues that impact thoe. living in Ilfracombe. I will also share information that helps you be more engaged in, and able to contribute to, the well being of our community.
